We realized earlier in the summer that most theme parks, etc. close after Labor Day. Since we wanted to enjoy a water park or something similar we decided to go to Wisconsin Dells for our anniversary weekend one week early. We got up early on Sunday, hit up the outlet malls, a roller coaster, mini golf, a movie, go karts, one fancy restaurant, one BBQ pit, and one lumberjack-themed breakfast buffet in two days! Our favorite part of the trip had to be Noah's Ark water park. Neither of us had been in at least 5 years and we had a blast! We went right as the park opened and hit up over 16 rides in four and a half hours! It was awesome; the second picture is us leaving the park - look how empty the parking lot is! Great time of year to go (back to school) and the weather was perfect!
